Every product you buy will appear in your account page, on the order and downloads sections depending on the type of products. You can simply navigate to these areas under your account page to view and access your purchased products.

Because our products are digital, and you can’t actually refund a downloadable product, we do offer very limited refunds in certain circumstances, as described in our refund policy. Refunds are mostly offered when you purchase the same product twice. In most cases, refunds are not possible for products that you have already downloaded.

If you can’t access your account because you have forgotten your password, simply visit the login screen and you the reset password option to get a new account password.
